Called Alco and spoke with Lissa. My mechanic recommended this company and Lissa. She was great. She made the process easy, and answered all of my questions in detail. She was professional and friendly. What more could you ask?
Hi Lissa, thank you again for your help with getting my BAIID installed. They did a great job and were quick! Drove for 35 minutes and had to blow once and passed the first time on the highway. I had called other companies before i got my RDP to get pricing and advice and all they wanted was my credit card and send me a machine that would have messed everything up by having it to early it was a awful experience until I called AlcoTest Inc and the very nice lady Lissa was very great in informing me from start to finish and didn't want my card or blow off my questions she went above and beyond want customer service should be. I recommend this company over all the rest and they have the best pricing with the best customer service that actually listened to my concerns because you want to get this right the first time and I talked to 4 different ones and the first one just wanted to send the machine and I didn't even have my permit yet so I'm sure there's people out there driving do to that company doing the fastest way ...not listen at all just want the money. So, if you need a BAIID system installed to get a permit I highly recommend also test Inc.

Helpful. Lissa is the coolest person in the world. She will answer all your questions and she takes her work personally. Even offered to give me coupons via email, and talked to me personally about my device. Even told me what I should do in case things happen. Couldn't be happier with her help. called me after hours and I need that.
